Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and WrapBlend ("we", "us", or "our") that governs your use of the WrapBlend website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use WrapBlend.

You may use WrapBlend only if you are legally able to form a binding contract with us and are not prohibited from doing so under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

WrapBlend may offer free tiers as well as paid plans or subscriptions. Plan details, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing section or inside the dashboard and may change over time.

By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, unless and until you cancel in line with the plan terms.

WrapBlend lets you upload or provide content, including vehicle photos, logos, artwork, text prompts, and other materials ("User Content"), to generate visualizations, mockups, and other outputs ("AI Outputs").

• You must have the rights. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload User Content to WrapBlend and to use it with the Service, including any third-party logos, artwork, or vehicle imagery.
• No illegal or infringing content. You agree not to upload content that infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive; or that violates these Terms.
• Your ownership. As between you and us, you retain whatever rights you have in your User Content and, to the extent permitted by law or by third-party rights, in the resulting AI Outputs.
• License to operate the Service. You grant WrapBlend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, and display your User Content and AI Outputs as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and related offerings.

To help other users understand what WrapBlend can do, we may showcase non-confidential User Content and AI Outputs in product examples, case studies, testimonials, or marketing materials.

• We aim to focus on generic or anonymized wraps and illustrations, not personally identifying details.
• If we wish to attribute a specific quote, shop name, or identifiable project to you, we will seek your permission where required or rely on consent you have already given.
• You can request that we stop using specific renders or examples associated with you by emailing wheelblend@gmail.com. We will act reasonably and in good faith in responding to such requests.

You agree not to use WrapBlend to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or encourage others to do so.
• Infringe or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others or generate hateful or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or usage caps described in your plan.

WrapBlend, including its software, models, visual identity, and all content we provide (other than your User Content and AI Outputs), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand, or underlying technology except for the limited, revocable license necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

WrapBlend uses AI and other automated systems to generate visualizations based on your input. AI is inherently probabilistic and can sometimes produce unexpected or imperfect results.

• AI Outputs may not reflect real-world materials, lighting, or fit with complete accuracy.
• You are responsible for verifying that any wraps produced in the real world from AI Outputs are safe, accurate, and appropriate for your use.
• WrapBlend is a visualization tool and does not replace your own design judgment, client approvals, or professional obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that WrapBlend will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI Outputs will meet your expectations or produce any specific commercial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrapBlend and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WrapBlend and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service or AI Outputs.
• Your User Content, including alleged infringement.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or are using WrapBlend in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Some provisions of these Terms, including those related to ownership, payment obligations, limitations of liability, and indemnity, will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice if the changes are material.

Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective means you accept them.
